Bigallet China China Liqueur – Bigallet China China Liqueur is made from a blend of sweet and bitter orange peels macerated in sugar-beet-based neutral alcohol and redistilled in alembic stills, along with 4 plants seeds and spices. A bouquet of aromatic and spicy plants gives this liqueur a unique and inimitable character. “China” has nothing to do with the country in this case; rather it references the bittering agent “cinchona” native to Peru.
