This whisky has been matured in an Ex-Bourbon Barrel cask, giving it a distinct flavor profile. The whisky was distilled on December 31st, 1991, and bottled on March 6th, 2023. Only 216 bottles were produced, making this a rare and highly sought-after addition to any whisky collection.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Salty Rockpools with bonfire smoke in the distance.
Palate: Beautifully complex. This dram continues to develop on the palate from the expected smoke and char into a luscious tropical fruit salad.
